Activation fee

Hi, I just upgraded my account to allow me to get the V6 box, I was told by the person that they would waver the £35 activation fee but have since received an email saying it will appear on next bill.

Hi Marco_C,

 

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community, AI am sorry for any confusion in regards to a charge you were advised would be free.

 

In order for a charge to be waived the charge still has to be applied then we add a manual credit to cover that amount, you will be able to view this on the bill when generated.
