Hi, I had Virgin installed last month (and so far so good) but have an activation fee on my first bill (due 1st May) that I was told would be free. I don't wish to ring, as you've asked, asked on Twitter but not heard back so could someone please check and remove/credit it if possible? Happy to DM details and have proof of text from person who I contracted through if required. I do have the install fee credited on the bill but I was told specifically that the £35 activation fee would be free. Thanks.
If you have still been unable to get through on the phones or Live Chat on the Web site then you can send texts to this number 07533 051809 with details of the issue. Might take a while for a response but might be quicker than the other options
But you need a customer services representative as they have billing access permissions to make amendments to customer accounts.
