Hi, I'm having serious trouble contacting Virgin. Internet has not worked for hours. I can't use my voice to speak. I'm trying to open an account so I can talk to them via email, but it's impossible! I put the data that it asks me to open my user account, name, account number and my reference area and it says that it is not correct when if it is. I am desperate. They work very badly !!! can anybody help me?

Unfortunately, I have been unable to locate any details for you using your Forum info. 

 

Can you just clarify what appears to be the problem with your broadband? When did you have your services installed?
