Accounts for different addresses

Hi everyone,

I have broadband accounts at addresses that I rent out, but these aren't listed when I log in. The only account that is listed is the broadband at my home address.

How can I access my other accounts to, for example, book an engineer to one of the of addresses?

do you have a business acocunt. Reselling accounts is against the T&C of residential services

no idea. but residential accounts you would have to have a login for each account.

Hi Kath23,

 

@apcyberax's advice is correct.

 

You can have the account registered under a bulk account, but this is a feature that is now only available for Virgin Media Business customers

 

To manage the accounts under residential you would need separate log in details for each account

That would be the case for residential yes.

 

If you were a business customer, or even able to transfer these accounts to business, they'd be able to sort it into a bulk account which I'm pretty sure would mean you have the same account number for all accounts and therefore the same E-Mail address and password could be used to manage all accounts

You use to book an engineer as an example. I this required at any of your properties currently?
