Hello, husband left me a year ago. I’m paying the Virgin account but have no control of password and such. Surely this is not right a d Virgin have a duty to me the customer to help in changing account holder.Iv done nothing but try and resolve this issue without any help from Virgin. My husband is deliberately being unhelpful,I want to be in control of what I’m paying for that’s all.

Hi there

This would normally require a transfer of responsibility from the account holder to yourself. But they have to fill in the forms to allow you to take ownership of the account. 

I will private message you to take some details regarding this to see how we can assist you with it.

Please keep an eye on the purple envelope in the top right hand corner.
