Hi a friend of mine has just had his broadband installed however when he tried to set up his account he put an incorrect email address in and therefore cannot receive the 'verify email' link. Is there a way to get this reset? regards TJ

Hi thechair27,

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We can send another verification email to your friend, however as you're not the account holder and this is concerning their email address, we would need the account holder to create their own thread. This is due to data protection requirements as we cannot deal with 3rd parties where an email address is concerned.

Alternatively, your friend can contact our team directly, once he passes security a member of the team can correct the email address and resend the verification email.
