Account set up issue

Hello,

We recently joined Virgin and installation was last Wednesday.  I have tried to create an account but keep receiving the following error.

Sorry! We are not able to set up your My Virgin account at the moment......we look forward to connecting you.....

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community and indeed Virgin Media 🙂

 

I am sorry to hear of the online account issue. It more than likely will be an IT ticket that needs raising due to the error message, but I'd like to run further checks so will send you a quick PM for security.
