Account reset

My mum has requested a reset to her virgin media online account as my dad had previously signed up with his email even though my mum pays the bill and the account is in her name. How long will this take? Lady on the phone mentioned that they have to get permission?

Hi Michael_R11,

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your mum and dad's online account looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration for them. When you say "reset" can I ask for more information about this? Do you mean password reset or transfer of ownership for the whole account?
