Although my phone and broadband have been working for over a month, I am unable to register my account to view my bills etc, I have used my surname, account number and area code but will not seem to accept, grateful for any advice.

What seems to be the issue when you try?
Are you getting any particular error message when you input your information?
How far through the registration do you get?
Your account number needs to be 9 digits long - if yours is less, pop some zeros at the start to make it 9.
Spelling must also match - please check any correspondence we have sent you (like your bill) and see if we have made any spelling errors that could cause it not to recognise your details.
