I'm trying to register my mum's account online as she has recently taken over the services since my father's death. I have been given an account number and area code and completed the online registration a number of times only to get to a message "sorry we are not able to set up your my Virgin Media account at the moment." This has happened over a number of days now and I can't get in touch with anyone to help. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
If you have still been unable to get through on the phones or Live Chat on the Web site then you can send texts to this number 07533 051809 with details of the issue. Might take a while for a response but might be quicker than the other options.
