I have a account on virgin media already but cannot remember my details so when I click reset it asks for mother maiden name I have inputted but doesn't work so o try reset by account number and reference but it says bills date is wrong but I have put the date the bill I have received is there any other way to reset my account as I know I have not been on the email address in many years
