Account password reset always expired

Hi,

I am trying to reset my password so I can login to my Virgin Media online account.

1) I reset the password the first time and nothing comes through.

2) Around 20 minutes later I click resend verification email. It takes 10 minutes for the reset email to come through.

3) I click the link and it automatically says it's expired.

I spoke to somebody on the phone last week from Virgin and they could not reset it either. Searching this forum is appears to be a common problem. How do I get my password reset so I can login?
