Account passed to BPO!?

I cancelled my virgin around 6-8 months ago, the person I spoke with on the phone said there would be no extra charge.

i have had an email saying I owe £51 (how when I owe nothing?) and that it’s been passed to BPO collections (without any warning may I add), which is against fca regs.

 

A default has also been added to my credit file by wrongly given information by one of your colleagues, this needs to be sorted ASAP, or I’ll be going to the FOS And consumer rights.

 

i expect the have no extra cost to pay (£51), as I was already told .. and the defaults to be removed.
