Need account number to sign into my VM don’t have anywhere, don’t seem to get bills as although VM have this email seem to send bills and any reminders I request to old defunct freeserve email address that has niot worked for years.
Have old curved hub (super hub 2 possibly) often get unable to join network and/or incorrect password (even though settings unchanged) messages when try to reconnect iPad to network (other devices won’t connect either) but normally works ok again when power off and on - although sometimes connects with no internet connection and have to restart again. Recently hub untouched from working and linked, turned itself off and would only come back on unresponsive with red light. After messing with continually restarting and checking cables finally came back on without red light but would not connect at all (unable to join network message every time no matter how many times I restarted hub). Even reset hub and finally got iPad to forget network and rejoin, still would not connect (although unsure if putting in correct password - is it hub phrase or pin or combination of both). Trying to arrange husbands funeral so totally time critical and disastrous timing to have no internet. PLEASE DO NOT ARRANGE A CALL OUT AS TOTALLY INCONVENIENT AT MOMENT, HAVE NO WAY OF CANCELLING IT AND WILL NOT PAY FEE FOR ARRANGEMENT I NEVER MADE AND CANNOT FACILITATE OR CHANGE.
