Hey iv just joint virgin media on my emails its telling me that I need to set up a online account so can sort my bills and see how much it all is etc but I still haven't got sent my account number to set up it. But I have had emails of o2 sim. Just need some help. I do have learning needs so that might be one of the reasons I don't understand. Thank you and have a lovely night😊

Can I just check, have you had your contract through via email? The account number should be on there
