I setup my Virgin Media account over the phone and received all the equipment (line is up and running) almost one month ago.
As at today, I haven’t received neither a welcome email nor a bill, therefore I do not know my account number and I cannot access to the online services (eg. I need to change method of payment).
How can I work this out?
