Account number missing

Hi all, I purchased online a new Virgin Media broadband package for my new house. 

In the pre-contract info i received via email, there was no account number nor area reference therefore i am not able to create an account onto the My Virgin Media and i cannot control the delivery nor access to the customer service phone (because they ask for the account number to start the call).
