Account number and email not recognised when trying to log in to account

Hi all,

 

I have set up my account, had the guys in to install, internet is working, gettign emails and bills, but when i try to log in it says that my details dont exist. I have tried to use the email and password recovery, but that too says that i dont exist on their system. 

does anyone have a fix for this as i cant get hold of anyone.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble registering your My Virgin Media account. Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies on your browser and entering the details again?

Also, are you a brand new customer, or have you recently had your services moved to a new address? 🙂
