My dad has been a virgin customer for 13 years, he is hard of hearing and has no paperwork for his contract. He's been cut off from his service because of a problem with a landline payment. He is paying a huge monthly payment of £164 for Sports and a landline. He doesn't know his account number and apparently, he has an email address - he has no details of either. I need to have his account number and email address to use online support. when he calls the contact centre he can't hear or understand what is being said to him. I just need to be able to talk to or email customer services on his behalf. Where can I go to get help for him, this is causing so much distress to an old man.
