Account number and Area Code details

I recently joined Virgin Media for broadband, and home phone. This is set up and working but I received no contract or account number/Area Code information as promised. I’ve tried creating an online account and ringing customer services but keep getting nowhere as I’m continually being asked for the above details which I don’t have. It’s very frustrating. Can someone suggest how I can get this information?

I'm sorry that you haven't been given your account number or area code so you can log in to your online account.

 

We wouldn't be able to give out your account number over the phone or the community, but I can pop you a private message and send you a document with this on.
