Account mobile contact

I cannot change my mobile number in my account details, I just get a message saying that the number is incorrect.  I need to do this urgently as I am awaiting details of technician visit to move my hub/telephone for the change to WiFi.

Please can someone help me with this?

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
