Hi, I’m trying to log in to my account to check my bills and do a status check and it’s not recognising any details, forgotten details clicked and  I’m adding them  from my latest bill and it’s just stating please enter valid bill details ??? , I’ve been asked to post on here as due to work I don’t have time to call just yet. Thanks for any help available

I am sorry to hear you are having problems accessing your account. 

As you have already attempted to rest the password, I will need to attempt to do this from my side.
