Account issue

Need help..... trying to go paperless with my bills but when I sign into virgin media I am listed as secondary account user and unable to change to paperless billing, can you update my account so I am primary user , thanks

Hi Emily the account used to be in my wife's name but she passed away over 2year ago, however the account has been swopped to my name so I should be the the named primary account holder.
