Hi all,
I just today received my new 1gb router and tv box.
We have a problem do! I registered with Virgin ages ago and the email address that I used I cant get accesses too it anymore, google are been real strict on the matter and I cant recover it. I have no paper bills because I changed over to eBilling.... How can I get my account number and recover my account with Virgin?? Heh it was so easy getting a router and a tv box sent a upgrade like but I cant get into my account at ALL.
Can anyone advise or help me?

Hello and thanks for the warm welcome. Yes we are still at the same address if you want to PM me or something I can give you my eircode or whatever you need. We have been with Virgin for years on a broadband & landline package. We upgraded our services this week to inc TV & a upgrade too 1GB broadband also. The boxes arrived yesterday. I am sure I made an account ages ago with a gmail account I can not get access too anymore no matter what I try with Google ugh! I have looked all around for a old paper bill too get the account number but it looks like they have all been threw out. So that even makes me more sure I changed over too eBilling.
