My wife and I were due to move house on Friday the 27th March 2020. Due to the lockdown, we can no longer do this. We had arranged to have our account closed and deactivated on Friday, but as we're no longer moving, is this still going to happen?. We have 2 autistic children and a young adult with autism. Our services are pretty crucial.
Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated
