Account disconnection date

Can someone please verify when my services will disconnect (cut off), I spoke to a retentions advisor yesterday to cancel my rolling contract broadband only service, she said my services would disconnect on the 4th February.

It wasn't until later that I realised she had said the 4th of this month, is this an error as I believed it took 31 days for your service to disconnect upon cancellation.

Can someone from VM check my account to verify when my service will stop working, as I don't want to be left without internet and if its being disconnected on the 4th I can arrange something else.

Hi I know this isn't what you want to here but you need to call retention's back asap to ensure the service isn't disconnected.

The staff on this forum may not reach this post for up to a week.
