I've recently subscribed and waiting for my device and welcome kit to start using the broadband.

To track my delivery status, I tried to register a My Virgin account but the system is not accepting my account number and area code details. It suggests calling the help line but I can't reach a live person without my account number being recognised! Now I am wondering if I am getting my kit tomorrow like I was promised...
