I’ve recently moved house. I cancelled my old account at my previous address and then waited 3 months before setting up a new account at my new address. I used the same email address.
The account dashboard is only displaying my old account info, not my new account info.
I have tried re-registering with the same email address and new account info but it says that the email address/account is already registered.
