Account change - Duration?

Hi,

I’m in the process of changing our virgin media package/account from my ex to myself.

Form has been completed and returned along with the 2 ID docs.

My broadband has completely stopped working since last night.

can someone advise how long this will last?

I paid up this months direct debit so I’ve paid for a service that I’m not getting.

please advise.

Sorry to hear there's some confusion around the transfer of your account.

 

I tried using your forum details to locate the account but wasn't really able to clear things up by doing that - so I'll send a PM to confirm some details & hope to hear back from you soon so we can get this sorted.
