Account cancelled but new bill received

I was advised that my account would be cancelled on 19th April but have received a new bill. I'm wanting to check what is happening, thanks

Thank you for your post and welcome back to our community forums. We're here to help.

It's a shame to hear that you've now cancelled your services with us. Once your services are cancelled, a final bill is generated a few days after to detail your final balance, including any outstanding charges and credits. As such, it's entirely normal that you've received a bill post-disconnection.
