Account & Router Delivery

I can’t log into my account to track my router delivery and can’t reset my email as I have no account number and I can’t reset my password as It doesn’t recognise my email that is attached to my account. I am meant to be getting the router delivery today and have not received a confirmation email regarding the delivery only the date (28th of June). I can’t even get to a helpline as that also requires an account number or a virgin media home number. Thank you.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 

 

You wouldn't be able to reset a password to an account in which isn't created by the sounds of it. When you signed up to the services you would have received an email/welcome pack and the account number would be listed on there. Is it possible you can check those and let me know if you've been able to locate it?

Hi Ryan,

I don’t believe I was sent an email with a welcome pack, I have only received the pre-contract documents and an order summary for the router. Is it possible for this email to be sent again?
