I can't believe how many people are having the same issue in gaining access to their account, myself included.
I needed to reset my password so I went through the forgotten password link, first trying to answer the security question and when that didn't work I tried putting the account number, area code and DD information in which doesn't work either.
I have tried on different browsers on my laptop and on my iPhone.

The pixelation has been resolved but the technician agreed that I could do with a new up to date box in the lounge due to my issues when watching Netflix etc. He said that he will sort out for the new box to be posted out to me.
