Account access

Hi, I can't access my virgin media account. Every time I login it says the details are incorrect but I know they are right. I've tried resetting the password and it still doesn't work!

Same here, can you log into the virgin tv go app?   It uses the same username and password

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to hear you haven't been able to log into your online account and also haven't been able to reset the password.

 

 

I have had a look our end and it doesn't look like you have spoken to us in regards to this, I know you have tried to do a password reset and failed however have you tried to select forgotten username just to make sure it is correct?
