Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to hear you haven't been able to log into your online account and also haven't been able to reset the password.
I have had a look our end and it doesn't look like you have spoken to us in regards to this, I know you have tried to do a password reset and failed however have you tried to select forgotten username just to make sure it is correct?
