Could someone give me a steer please?
I am locked out of my account, I don't know why? I have been on line to change passwords etc but, I cant get past the security questions - I know they are right, I wrote them down?
I have phoned Customer service, they cant help me because I cant give them the security answers? Apart from the fact they put the phone down - Or, the call was cut off?
Is there an address I can write too to get this sorted out or is there anyone who knows how I can sort it??
