I took over the account from someone who lived in the flat before I moved. Today I received the letter with the contract to sign and send back as well as the option to sign up for My Virgin Media.
When I try to sign up for that account it shows me that an account already exists and shows me the email address of that person.
Does it just take sometime to update or is there something support can help me as I don’t really have contact with them anymore.
