Account Password Reset - Doesn't recognise bill details

Hello,

I'm trying to reset my virgin media account password, and have forgotten my security question answer, so it goes through to the page where it asks for your latest bill details - however it doesn't recognise the details at all from the bill.

Can anyone help me?
