Hi, I'm also in a very similar situation. I have recieved two emails after signing up with Virgin broadband but in the documents that were attached it left the account number and region sections blank. I really need this information quickly to sort out a delivery situation. I have already rang the support line but that didn't lead anywhere. Would you be able to direct message me to help get this sorted? Thanks, Luke

Hi Luke,
Have you tried calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 ? They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
They should be able to provide you with your account and area details, and also check on the equipment delivery.

We'd certainly suggest following the advice provided by @newapollo in the first instance.
You can also contact the pre-installations team on 0345 454 1111 (Option one, then three, then one), or 150 from a Virgin Media landline or Virgin Mobile.

In my situation, it was a case of Virgin Media not wanting to pay affiliate fees to Topcashback and also give me the Amazon gift card which was part of the sign up bonus so they left all the information off the sign up and the ONLY way to get started with them was....that's right you guessed it....cancel the sign up under topcashback and sign up with them directly then LO AND BEHOLD the clouds parted and I got all the information to get things started. What a shady organisation.
