Can I ask have you been installed with us? When your services are installed/activated you’re assigned a billing cycle in our system. On average it can take 16 days to create your first bill. Have you signed up to my Virgin Media? You can access your account info there and you don't need to be installed to do so. You can do that here
But, when I try to use the portal you sent me (http://virg.in/myVM) with the same email and password I can not.
And when I click on Register Now, in this text "If you're already a Virgin Media customer but don't have a My Virgin Media account, you can register now. It only takes a minute. Register now", I need my number and area code, which I do not have with me or on my account info.
So, I can not watch the sports channels that I have on my package.
