I’ve tried logging into my VM account but I’ve forgotten my password. I’ve then sent my email address in so I can reset it. It comes back and tells me there are details missing from my account and I need to contact VM. I’ve done that and asked me to check if there are any problems (TV/Broadband/Mobile) The TV was highlighted so they advised me to try again when the TV problem was rectified. TV problem still exists. Apparently to be sorted out by tomorrow. I’ve no problem with my TV. Can’t really rectify the missing account details problem without being able to get into my account. Can’t access my account without a password reset. Really frustrating
