Good Morning,I've realised since signing up with Virgin Media in late November that the agent who set my account up must've misheard me as the email address associated with the account is wrong.
I have the correct Account Number and Area Reference Code but no way of signing in to the actual account.
Is an agent on here able to amend the email address so I am able to sign in?
