I had an account with Virgin at my old address.in Cambridge and when i moved home was told all i would pay for was a £20 connection fee and nothing else. When i got to my new address i was put on an 18month new account which i did not want. I have cancelled that and am supposed to get a package to return the Virgin Media hub. However i am still being charged for my old account which was supposedly cancelled. I should not be getting any bills as everything cancelled now.
