Hello

I have power of attorney for my mother's Virgin Media account and would like to manage her account online.  She had an account set up for this but have no idea what her login details were.

Her name is [REMOVED], her account number is -[REMOVED]

I am listed on her account to manage it now.  My name is[REMOVED].

I would appreciate guidance on this as think I will need to use a different email and password possibly to log in as I do not have access to her old ntlworld email address.
