I am unable to access my bills. I am classed as a secondary account holder although I am a main account holder.

Are you logging in with the main email address or an extra email address that you've created with us?
It’s always been my main email address.
And it’s the email address that notifications of the bills are sent to.
When did you first register for the online account please? Have you been able to sign in previously?
Many years ago. I have not been able to sign in previously.
