Accessing bills.

I am unable to access my bills. I am classed as a secondary account holder although I am a main account holder.

Sorry to hear you're having some trouble accessing your bills, I can appreciate you're keen to keep an eye on things. 

Are you logging in with the main email address or an extra email address that you've created with us?

And it’s the email address that notifications of the bills are sent to.
