Access to my Parents Virgin Media Account

Hello

i need done advice on how to speak to Virgin Customer Services on behalf of my parents.  Neither remember their memorable word.

- I need to discuss that their WiFi service has not worked for over two years

- and their Virgin box is over 20 years old and needs updating.

any help appreciated, both are elderly and Dad is suffering with dementia.

Can you access their online 'My Virgin Media'?

There is an option to reset the memorable word there as per message #2 below
