Have been trying to get through on the phone but it asks me for a password. I dont remember setting one up. I do have an online login password which works on line and a memorable question logged with virgin media but neither will let me get past the phone verification when it asks for 3 separate digits in my password (have tried many many times). I desperately want to talk to someone about changing my services and to be honest am on the point of cancelling my account. Help
Have you tried entering the incorrect digits continuously until it puts your through to a customer services person? They can then ask you alternative questions to prove your identity and reset your password.
