Has anyone experienced this issue? I moved house and took my VM account with me (broadband, tv etc). The services are all up and running and have been since the day after I moved in. However, when I try to log into my account to check my bills etc it says I am no longer a customer. They did give me a new account number and area ref when I moved so I tried re-registering with those details instead, but it says they are not correct, despite copying and pasting them from their welcome email. I'm at a loss what to try as I've been going round and round the website trying to find a phone number or email address to contact them on and it's like trying to find Chuck Norris.
