Virgin media is shocking. Have been on hold for 2 hrs and called 3 times to cancel and no one is picking up. This is massively affecting my mental health. We can't afford the new tariff which has doubled in price and feel so out of control. They are awful and simply don't care about their customers it's a total joke. I need to cancel ASAP!

Believe it or not there are other customers trying to get through, in the same situation as you. VM are not ignoring the calls to them!

Ofcom isn't so convinced. 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).
