Recently I got an email from VM to upgrade my BB and TV package for a slightly increased monthly charge. BB was from 500MB to 1 Gig and the same TV package,

Despite receiving contract documents nothing happened. On following up with the laborious chat line I found out that the TV was not the same and did not include BT/TNT sports!

instead they tried to sell me an O2 sim which I do no need!!

We're sorry for any confusion regarding the offered deal, our new TV packages I'm afraid do not include TNT sports.
