£75 voucher

Hi,

I signed up for your broadband offer yesterday.

The offer included a £75 voucher.

I didn't receive any confirmation for the voucher and can see that many people are having issues with receiving vouchers.

Could you please confirm that I will receive said voucher?

This page has FAQ's regarding  the processes for vouchers and free gifts from Virgin virgin-media-free-gifts if you have any queries going forward.

After your Virgin Media services are installed or activated, our trusted partner Edenred will send you a Compliments Select voucher code within 28 days, to the email address you provided when signing up for services with Virgin Media.

Hi

i have also joined virgin media 2 weeks back.

During my purchase, I have been promised by the sales agent of £75 vouchers that I will be receive after I place an order. 
It has been more than 2 weeks but no emails on vouchers. 

When will I receive my vouchers?

A little over a month has passed since I signed up, still no voucher.

How can I escalate this and get it resolved?

First of all, check your spam or junk email folders for any emails from Edenred (email@codes.edenred.co.uk). If you still can’t find the email, text us for free on 0753 305 1809 and one of our team will be happy to help during our opening times 7am and 11pm Monday to Friday, 8am and 8pm Saturday to Sunday and we’ll look into it for you.

Hello

Response can come from both, VIP's and VM forum staff, the staff member responses can take several days as they deal with oldest posts first, all posts are looked at by the VM staff, and will respond if there is something a community member/VIP cannot help with.
