£75 voucher still not received

Hello,

I am still waiting for my voucher. I have spoken with representatives on the phone and by text who have both assured me I would've received it by now, and yet still nothing. This is starting to feel a bit scammy.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into, I am sorry for the delay in getting your voucher to you. Can I ask which voucher this was please? Also, where did you first see this offer with the voucher, e.g price comparison websites etc?

Also, when did you first get our services installed?

Hiya, it was an amazon gift voucher. I first saw the offer on compare the market, and I went through all the correct channels Virgin told me to go through to be eligible for the voucher.

My installation was on September 2nd, but i signed up early August.
